Only took me 2 years to figure out what you guys probably already know but if you go into your profile, click Modify, Bookmarks, Manage Your Bookmarks (far right side of task bar), Send Email by Default. Then whenever your in a post you want to track click the Bookmark Icon at the bottom of the post you'll get an email whenever someone post a new comment in that thread.
